From this Ross Jeffries review, we ask the question: Is this really a Ross Jeffries scam? Is this a Speed Seduction scam?
Ross Jeffries was one of the founders of the dating advice community for gents online, but I think he is now old fashioned and compared to writers such as Mr. L. Rx, David Deangelo, and Mystery his materials are less effective overall. Some of his ideas and tactics work, but others are contentious, and some have the impression of a complete sham.
Jeffries book "How To Get The Women You Desire into Bed" could very well be believed to be old, timeless, rubbish, and exciting all at the same time.
Again, as with most of the other Gurus, his approaches are NOT situationaly calculated. They don't and won't succeed on all types of ladies. And they would not work for ALL men who read his book or look at his web page.
I feel that the overall issue with Ross's book is that it is only useful for a few select personalities of males (guys who have weak self confidence for example might love his book) and for a few select attitude type of women (like gamers and manipulating women) It will never be effective on all ladies so to the degree he shows this is how you deal with women - his techniques are a bunk.
Overall there is some workability but not much. Not apt for everyone. So we will assign him a 4 on the scam-o-meter.

Mr. L. Rx says somewhere on his website "Why double your dating when you can 10 x it?" And this is comparably the truth. From personal experience the order of magnitude of his technology will get you about 5 times as many women as any of the other technologies.
