Be watchful of your child's age when you begin to work them in the family business. Even young children can take part doing easy tasks like as copying files. As they get older, children can sort papers, file, help prepare shipments, keep track of credit, send faxes and more.

Be tranquil as they decipher and learn tasks clearly. You know your child better than everyone else, so take into account whether he or she can follow multiple directions at once, or if 1 task given at a time is a better idea. If your child can read well, let that child handle more complicated tasks and leave the easier tasks to a smaller child.

Use project time to teach your kids the enjoy of earning some money, and the responsibility and mechanics of managing money. Also, help them to become dependable workers, develop a good work ethic, and understand the importance of a job well done.
